I have been a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice since 1995 and received my certificate in psychoanalysis from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in 2001. I am a volunteer therapist for A Home Within’s program for young adults aging out of the foster care system, and have completed the MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) MDMA-assisted therapy course to assist patients through therapeutic psychedelic sessions for PTSD.
In the past, I worked as a clinician and supervisor for the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders, clinical supervisor in the Youth Enrichment Service of the LGBT Community Services Center of Manhattan, consulting social worker for the Oasis Program at Brooklyn Children’s Theatre, and therapist for The Survivor’s Fund for survivors of sexual trauma.
Professional memberships include the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation and the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
